After Jorge Martín was confirmed at Aprilia, it seems very likely that Marc Márquez will be the chosen one. And even more so when Enea Bastianini’s manager, Carlo Pernat, guaranteed that the Italian will ride a KTM.
What is certain is that, so far, Ducati has made no announcement. And there is still no prospect of when such an announcement might be made, at a time when there is a short break in the championship.
Gigi Dall’Igna, general manager of Ducati Corse, told the MotoGP website: ‘It’s not easy to finalize all the agreement and we are working on this. For sure we will give an announcement as soon as possible, but I cannot give a date for that’.
