This MotoGP sunday in Barcelona has a lot to talk about and one of the main highlights was the injuries sustained by Francesco Bagnaia in the race, after being heavily hit on his legs by another rider. The current world champion still can’t explain what happened, but assures we will do his best to return to the next race.
After it was confirmed that Bagnaia has ‘sustained multiple contusions, but further medical checks have shown no fractures‘, the italian can’t still explain what happened: ‘It wasn’t a normal highside and it’s difficult for me now to explain what happened. It was a very strange crash and luckily, I wasn’t seriously hurt«.
Even before the race, the #1 already felt something was off, but is now focused on recovering well to the next race, next week:
– Already on the warm-up lap I realized that I didn’t have much rear grip. Now we will do everything to try to get back on track already in next week’s GP at Misano.
