Francesco Bagnaia’s participation in the MotoGP San Marino GP has been confirmed. The championship leader has received medical clearance to compete in Misano.
Last Sunday, the Ducati rider suffered several leg contusions when he was hit by Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM) following a highside at the exit of the second corner of the Catalan GP.
This morning, Bagnaia underwent the mandatory medical examinations with the championship’s medical team and has been authorized to take to the track starting from tomorrow’s first free practice session in Misano.
