Andrea Migno was announced on Wednesday as part of the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team. Struggling to secure necessary financial support for racing, he will now take on a role as an assistant coach and video analyst.
The Italian will support the MotoGP team along with its riders Fabio Di Giannantonio and Marco Bezzecchi. This marks another addition to Valentino Rossi’s team for their third consecutive season in the premier class.
At 27 years old, Migno is hanging up his helmet, at least for now. He has repeatedly expressed the challenge of gathering the budget to compete. This year, he participated in the first seven rounds of the Moto3 World Championship, achieving a podium, and made occasional appearances in MotoE and the World Supersport Championship.
