Bajaj is one of the leading motorcycle manufacturers in India and seems to be preparing a new model for the adventure bike segment – marking a return to this category.
Due to poor sales, Bajaj discontinued this type of motorcycle in 2021, but according to the Motor Octane website, they may be on the verge of making a comeback. Recently, a new ADV model from the brand was spotted testing in India, photographed by the team-bhp.com website.
The prototype had rear drum brakes like the NS 125 and slim tyres. However, not much is known about what this Bajaj ADV might be – it would follow the Pulsar AS 150 and the Pulsar AS 200.
It is possible that the bike will be launched around the middle of next year, featuring a 125cc engine with 12 hp of power, the same as the Baja Pulsar NS 125, paired with a five-speed manual gearbox.
