Two races, two victories. That’s how the weekend went for Lucas Coenen in Sweden, with the Neestan Husqvarna rider managing to score maximum points in Uddevalla.
The Belgian won the first race with a lead of over 7 seconds over Mikkel Haarup (Triumph), while Simon Laengenfelder (GASGAS) secured the last podium spot, ahead of the KTM duo: Andrea Adamo was fourth and Liam Everts fifth.
In the second race, Adamo improved substantially but still didn’t have the arguments to beat Coenen, with #96 thus confirming the double victory on Swedish soil.
Laengenfelder repeated his third position and thus finished on the podium again, this time ahead of championship leader Kay de Wolf (Neestan Husqvarna), while Everts was again fifth.
In the overall standings, De Wolf remains the leader (725 points) but saw Coenen getting a bit closer, as he is second in the championship with 676 points. Laengenfelder, twice third, is also third in the championship with 653 points.
