Luca Marini is heading to the Austrian Grand Prix with renewed confidence following a promising weekend at Silverstone. The Italian rider believes that his team’s hard work is starting to pay off, as evidenced by their recent performances.
‘Our previous weekend in Silverstone showed the progress we have been making with the bike, everything is coming together better and better and I am able to improve and make progress during the weekend’ Marini stated, highlighting the positive trajectory of his recent outings.
Despite the encouraging signs, Marini acknowledges that there’s still work to be done: ‘The results are not what we want of course but we’re building and working. I think in Austria we will be able to make another step at a track which is very different to the rest, it’s all about braking and acceleration so we will need to focus a lot on these areas’.
As the MotoGP season progresses, Marini’s growing optimism and focused approach could be key factors in his pursuit of better performances and higher standings in the championship.
