With less than four hours remaining in the MotoGP pre-season, Francesco Bagnaia leads the final day of testing at Losail. So far, the lap times aren’t best than yesterday’s fastest laps.
During daylight hours, several riders have completed no more than 10 to 15 laps. After being the fastest yesterday, Bagnaia set the benchmark at 1m52.575s, leading by 0.228s ahead of rookie Pedro Acosta (Red Bull GasGas Tech3/KTM). In third is Maverick Viñales (Aprilia), with the top five rounded out by Jorge Martín (Pramac/Ducati) and Marc Márquez (Gresini/Ducati).
Álex Rins is the top rider for Monster Energy Yamaha in 11th. As for Honda, its best rider, Luca Marini (Repsol Honda), is in 18th. The rider with the most laps so far is Augusto Fernández (Red Bull GasGas Tech3/KTM) with 33 laps – trying to recover from a Monday where he was hindered by some issues and a crash.
