The provisional calendar for the 2024 MotoGP, Moto2, and Moto3 World Championships was unveiled this morning. All the rounds from this year will take place also next season, while Aragon makes a return, and Kazakhstan is included again to make its debut. There will be 22 rounds in total, setting a new record.
The season will kick off, as tradition dictates, with the Qatar GP scheduled for March 8th to 10th. The Portuguese GP follows, two weeks later from March 22nd to 24th. Argentina and the United States of America are the next stops, before the start of the European phase with the Spanish GP from April 26th to 28th.
The Kazakhstan GP, which was originally scheduled for this year before being canceled, is set for June 14th to 16th, 2024. The summer break will be between the German GP (July 5th to 7th) and the British GP (August 2nd to 4th), so it will be shorter than this year. The Aragon GP returns after a year of absence, taking place from August 30th to September 1st.
After the Misano round, the Asian leg begins with the Indian GP from September 20th to 22nd. From November 15th to 17th, 2024, the championship returns to Europe for the traditional season finale in Valencia. The Hungarian Grand Prix at the Balaton Park Circuit serves as the reserve event.
