The 2023 MotoGP season was challenging for Miguel Oliveira on several levels, including physically, with more than one injury suffered – the last one in November, on his shoulder.
At the beginning of March, this year’s season started, and the Trackhouse Racing rider has no reason to worry from a physical point of view. That was the assurance he shared in an interview with Estrella Galicia 0,0: ‘Yes, fully recovered. Fortunately, the winter was very long to do it. In Qatar, I was able to confirm that I was already at 100 percent. The shoulder injury limited me a lot; I was never physically well to be able to ride freely, so it greatly conditioned the progress I was having with the bike’.
Oliveira also explained: ‘When you get injured and you have two or three races very close to each other, it’s very difficult to find that time to recover at home without missing some races. For that reason, you always end up paying the bill, so you have to try to be in the best physical condition throughout the season’.
