Fabio Di Giannantonio is at the top of the MotoGP testing day with about 90 minutes to go. The rider has held the lead for several hours, with his 23rd lap being the fastest.
At the moment, Di Giannantonio’s fastest lap (Pertamina Enduro VR46/Ducati) is 1m36.405s, with Franco Morbidelli (Prima Pramac/Ducati) in second place, 0.156s behind. Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati) follows in third, 0.184s behind.
After finishing second in yesterday’s race, Marc Márquez (Gresini/Ducati) is currently fourth in this day of testing, with the top five rounded out by Aleix Espargaró (Aprilia) – thus, being the first non-Ducati rider on the leaderboard.
The championship leader, Jorge Martín (Prima Pramac/Ducati), is tenth, 0.488s behind the front. With 70 laps completed, the Spanish rider has also logged the most laps so far.
