After winning the World Championship in 2023 with the talented champion George Hemingway riding the Beta TR3 125 and the excellent performances of riders Matteo Grattarola in the TrialGp and Andrea Sofia Rabino in the GP Women, here is the 2024 model. Improved and full of technical innovations to be even more efficient and compete at the highest level, both on 2-strokes and 4-strokes
The technical evolution of the new 2-stroke bikes concerns both the engine and the frame; we know that the Factory series leaves nothing to chance, as this year we find magnesium alloy crankcases with black treatment, as well as black anodized engine oil plugs, but the real innovation is in the clutch, which now has rimmed discs to guarantee greater performance even at high speeds. Not least, while maintaining the same diameter and stroke values, we find new Meteor pistons and a crankshaft with a shorter interval between shafts, all to guarantee the best possible performance. A highlight is the titanium exhaust which guarantees a considerable weight reduction (around 600gr less for the 250 and 300cc).
For the 4t Factory models, a new electronic control unit ensures greater spark stability with a consequent improvement in combustion at all revs. For all of them, the new lightweight and efficient titanium exhaust.
The frame of the new Factory series includes forks with TiN surface treatment in a gold color that is not only pleasing to the eye, but also very smooth, and a new link for the rear shock absorber, which is now more progressive in its movement. New steering plates machined in billet and anodized in blue, guaranteeing a weight saving of 100g compared to the standard ones. The rest is made up of many details with a racing touch, such as the chain adjusters, handlebar covers and footpegs anodized in black, the cooling circuit tubes in red silicone. Galfer brakes in the racing version with BrakTec master cylinders and, finally, new Morad rims anodized in blue. There’s nothing lacking in a series of bikes designed for the most important and selective competitions, the Beta continues to prove that it is one of the undisputed protagonists in this segment
