The All Road is designed for long journeys on asphalt and dirt roads. A bike for those who want to choose their own route, at every fork in the road, for those who don’t want to give up the freedom to escape traffic and want to enjoy scenic routes and long climbs, without having to stop where the road ends. A fast but comfortable electric bike with technical solutions designed to guarantee stability even on asphalt sections.
Endurance and adventure with an elegant look
The frame has an endurance sports geometry. Like the Futa AXS, the road version from which it is derived, the All Road features a motor integrated into the rear hub, a battery integrated into the frame downtube, a paint job with GP red accents and a Ducati-style carbon look.
Carbon fiber monocoque: a very light bike
The UD carbon fiber monocoque frame stands out for its lines that suggest aerodynamics and therefore speed without sacrificing comfort. The compact rear makes the bike more comfortable, generating less aerodynamic resistance. The Futa All Road weighs just 12.4 kg (in M size).
Engine and battery
The engine, located in the rear hub, is the FSA System HM 1.0 with 250W and 42Nm of torque: it has a smooth, natural power delivery and 5 levels of assistance. The FSA app, available for iOS and Android, quickly and intuitively displays driving statistics, remaining battery life and charge status.
Above 25 km/h, when the assistance is lost, as required by European regulations, the resistance of the motor is almost imperceptible and the pedaling remains fast and fluid.
The 250Wh FSA battery is perfectly integrated into the downtube and an optional range extender with a further 250Wh is available for even longer distances.
Electronic gearshift, carbon rims
The bike is equipped with the SRAM Rival eTap AXS groupset, featuring powerful hydraulic brakes with 160 mm discs, a precise and responsive 2×12-speed wireless electronic gearshift and Vision AGX 30 rims with carbon fibre rims.
The FSA K-WING AGX carbon handlebar, designed for off-road, has sculpted contact points to improve ergonomics. Comfort and ease of riding are ensured by a 10° forward bend for a more natural wrist and a wider elbow position that facilitates breathing.
The curved shape of the handlebars increases control and aerodynamics. The wiring is fully integrated.
The tires are Vittoria Terreno Dry, ideal for mixed road and dirt use. The differentiated section between the front (38 mm) and rear (35 mm) ensures safe riding, comfort on all terrains and absorption of irregularities.
The saddle is a Selle Italia SLR Boost.
Bikepacking kit included
To prolong the adventure on board without giving up any of the necessities, the Futa All Road comes equipped with a bikepacking set, consisting of three Skuad bags, for the saddle, handlebars and frame. Made from totally waterproof material, they maximize storage space without compromising manoeuvrability, with secure fasteners and an adapted design.
The Ducati e-bike range
This model extends the Ducati range, which already includes the Futa AXS e-road, and the Powerstage RR (Full carbon Enduro), TK-01RR (aluminum Enduro) and MIG S (all mountain) e-mtbs.
The Futa All Road will be produced in four sizes, from S (53) to XL (59) and will sell for 7,690 euros. Deliveries will begin throughout Europe in June 2024. The bike can be ordered from the Ducati dealer network and online at shop.ducati.com.
Ducati will be exhibiting its models at the Eurobike fair in Frankfurt between Wednesday, July 3 and Sunday, July 7 (hall 12, stand C 20).
