Revealed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China (MIIT), the new Denza Z9 GT will be produced by the joint venture between BYD and Mercedes-Benz and is expected to arrive in Europe in 2025.
The images now revealed by «CarNewsChina» come after BYD requested market approval for the Denza Z9 GT, revealing the specifications of the 100% electric model and the first images of the production model.
Thus, it is already known that the Denza Z9 measures 5.18 meters in length, 1.99 meters in width, and 1.50 meters in height. The wheelbase is 3.12 meters, providing ample space for passengers.
Regarding the powertrain, the data revealed by MIIT shows that the Denza Z9 GT is equipped with three electric motors, which produce a combined power of 952 hp. This configuration includes a 308 hp motor at the front and two 322 hp motors at the rear, powered by LFP Blade batteries. The battery capacity has not been disclosed. The top speed is limited to 240 km/h.
