Days after being announced at AF Corse, Robert Kubica was confirmed this Monday in the 2024 World Endurance Championship (WEC) in Hypercar, joining the third Ferrari 499P.
The manufacturer decided to expand activities for its second season of the project, now having three cars on track for the full campaign. Adorned with the #83 number plate, it will be entrusted to the operations of AF Corse – in a separate structure from Ferrari AF Corse, which lines up with the #50 and #51.
In addition to Kubica, who is making his debut in the WEC’s top class, two other drivers yet to be announced will be on board. Ferrari has also already defined that Antonio Fuoco will be part of the trio in the #50, as well as Alessandro Pier Guidi in the #51.
