The Fiat 500 is an icon of the Italian brand and for that reason the Mirafiori house has not stopped surprising fans of the well-known model over the years.
This time the Italian brand went further and in partnership with UNLMTD Real Estate, decided to reinvent urban life with Fiat House, a residential property inspired by the iconic Fiat 500, with a shared fleet of 500e cars and on-site charging. The innovative residential property will be built in the United States through a pioneering project with Fiat’s new partner.
The objective of this project, according to the Italian brand, is to develop sustainable urban mobility and transform cities into relaxing leisure spaces, where driving becomes an easy and ecological experience accessible to all. And it is already known that the innovative housing project will be inaugurated in 2024, together with the launch of the Fiat 500e.
“Fiat is a ‘love brand’ worldwide and our partnership with UNLMTD has created a truly unique opportunity to show what the brand represents: sustainable mobility with an optimistic and future-oriented life,” said Olivier François, CEO of Fiat and Global CMO of Stellantis. “We are excited to be at the forefront of this natural collaboration, which is reinforced by the simultaneous opening of Fiat House and the launch of the new 500e in North America early next year.”
Fiat House will offer over 300 studios, rental apartments with one or two bedrooms, including a selection of furnished houses. The residences are inspired by the design spirit of the Fiat 500, reflecting its efficiency in terms of space, top-quality finishes, and smart and elegant options.
The Italian brand will be artistically present throughout the property, from the entrance lobby to the social spaces with over 2,700 square meters.
This pioneering property will be located at the convergence of eight major highways and the Palisades trails, the location also offers access to various public and alternative transportation options. However, for those who enjoy driving, a fleet of fully electric Fiat 500e vehicles will be available for on-site sharing.
