Third in the WSBK tests in Portugal, in Portimão, Alex Lowes believes that his preparation for the next season is going well. His pace was strong, he believes, and he is now better prepared.
‘Here and in Jerez, at the end of last season, we have worked a lot with used tires at the end of long races. My pace was strong and I think we have a strong race pace. I enjoyed riding the bike and did 90 laps. We are practically ready now with the elements we want to choose for the first round in Phillip Island’, he said quoted on the official championship website, noting that he is making progress:
– We took a step. We made the bike easier to ride and manage. The window was quite small, but we opened it a little. I think we can be excited for the first round.
