Franco Morbidelli arrived at Pramac in MotoGP this year, with a contract for just one season. Therefore, the future is uncertain, with the risk of potentially being left without a place in the lineup.
A crash during training at the end of January did not make things any easier for the Italian. Due to the resulting injury, he missed the entire preseason and had to adapt to the bike and regain pace in a competitive context.
His reaction has been positive, and Morbidelli has been gradually improving. He is aware that achieving good results will be crucial for him:
– For sure results will help anyway our championship, I would say. Because it’s anyway important. Eventhough I had problems in this season start it’s important to be good in the championship and to make the maximum in the championship.
The #21 added: ‘Finishing races it’s key to do that. So we will do that, we will try to do that for sure, and making results helps for everything’.
