In this way, and according to the calculations of “ECO“, in the early hours of next Monday, January 22, the price of regular gasoline 95 should increase by two cents per liter, to an average price of €1.665 per liter, while the price of regular diesel, the most commonly used fuel in Portugal, should also increase by two cents per liter, to an average price of €1.581 per liter.
These prices already take into account the discounts applied by the gas stations and the revision of temporary fiscal measures to help mitigate the increase in fuel prices. The tax reduction determined by the currently in force measures is 25 cents per liter of diesel and 26 cents per liter of gasoline.
