The last week of May starts with another drop in gasoline prices, confirming the downward trend for the fifth consecutive week, while diesel prices remain unchanged.
According to the website “Mais Gasolina,” in the early hours of Monday, the three main companies in the sector operating in mainland Portugal, Galp, BP, and Repsol, reduced the price of regular gasoline by half a cent.
At Galp, regular gasoline is now priced at €1.817 per liter, while regular diesel maintains last week’s average price of €1.649.
Meanwhile, at BP, regular gasoline now has a price of €1.843 per liter, and diesel, the most used fuel in Portugal, maintains an average price of €1.674.
Finally, at Repsol, regular gasoline is now priced at €1.80, and regular diesel, with no price change from last week, maintains a price of €1.637 per liter.
