German tuner Irmscher has released an upgrade package for the latest Opel/Vauxhall Corsa, offering new exterior components made from high-quality OE materials. The package includes a sporty front lip, side skirt attachments, a rear diffuser, and a roof spoiler. These add-ons give the Corsa a more aggressive and sporty look. Irmscher also offers a more discreet option with side skirts that can be combined with 18-inch black or dual-tone finish alloys and a 30mm lowering kit, giving the subcompact hatchback a sportier stance. The packages start at €750 in Germany.
In addition to the exterior upgrades, Irmscher also offers small power boosts for the Opel/Vauxhall Corsa. The tuner claims an extra 20 ps (20 hp/15 kW) or so can be achieved with their upgrades. This power increase is likely applicable to the range-topping powertrain, a 1.2-liter turbo engine that produces 130 ps (128 hp/96 kW). The base Corsa comes with a 75 ps (74 hp/55 kW) 1.2-liter naturally aspirated engine, while a lesser variant of the same gasoline burner is available with 100 ps (99 hp/74 kW). The Corsa is available with a five-speed manual transmission, while higher trims offer a six-speed manual or an optional eight-speed automatic transmission.
Pricing for the Opel/Vauxhall Corsa starts at €19,800 for the entry-level model. The mid-range grade starts at €21,680 with the manual transmission and €23,900 with the automatic transmission. The better-equipped GS trim level starts at €24,330 with the manual and €26,550 with the automatic. The range-topping variant, which is only available in the upper grade, starts from €28,290.
