After much anticipation, BMW’s new long-distance touring bike was officially unveiled this Friday. The R1300 GS Adventure made its debut at the BMW Motorrad Days in Garmish-Partenkirchen.
With a 1,300cc twin-cylinder boxer engine capable of delivering 145 hp, this bike is designed for the most adventurous riders and long-distance touring (the fuel tank holds 30 liters).
It features several innovations, including the Dynamic Suspension Adjustment (DSA) system, the optional Automated Shift Assistant (ASA), adaptive cruise control, among others.
There are four color options, with the base version adorned in Racing Red, featuring silver on the tank and handlebars, and black rims. The seat is red and black, while the hand guards are red.
