The future of Pramac Racing for 2025 is still uncertain and there have been several rumours in the past months that point to the continuity with Ducati, being the top satellite in terms of support given by the manufacturer but there are some news that point to a proximity with Yamaha, that is still looking for a partner in the category.
Speaking to Sky, quoted on GPOne, Gigi Dall’Igna said that there are still no updates on the matter, recalling that the deadline to make a decision is coming closer: ‘I have no news about this topic, but it’s clear that we’re in the final stages, because the time to make decisions is running out. The solution is clearly not in our hands, so we’ll just have to wait’.
The Ducati Corse General Manager showed his confidence for the future, given the history between both parties: ‘We have a history with Pramac. We’ve worked together a lot, and there’s a friendship that binds us, so I hope [Paolo] Campinoti will make the decision to stay with us’.
As weeks go the time to make a decision for Pramac is coming, with the deadline to be 31st of july and many riders are waiting for such decision too as there are plenty looking for a contract for 2025, and the support from the factory team on those decision might be crucial too.
