Honda will bounce back and return to their best level, at least this is Alberto Puig’s belief. The japanese giant will become competitive again in MotoGP, mostly due to a different way of working.
Speaking to Marca, the Team Manager of Honda said that things are evolving step by step: ‘To understand that you have to change the way you do things a little and that’s where we are. We are working in a different way, with a different restructuring, but always understanding that, in the end, Honda is Honda’.
Honda is trying to get back to the level it was before and will have two new riders for 2024, with Luca Marini in the factory and Johann Zarco in LCR Honda, both rides that are coming with experience with the most competitive bike of the grid in the past years, the Ducati Desmosedici.
This will also be the first year of the manufacturer without Marc Marquez, who left Honda to accept Gresini Racing’s challenge.
