Usually strong in Sprint races, Jorge Martín secured another podium on Saturday at the Portuguese MotoGP Grand Prix. The Spanish rider finished third in the Portimão Sprint, after losing a position very close to the end to Marc Márquez (Gresini/Ducati).
In the flash interview for the official feed, the Prima Pramac Racing rider stated that he didn’t have a good start and then encountered some problems – hoping to perform better in the main race:
– It was a difficult race. I started really bad, and then I was trying to be competitive, but I had some issues with the rear. Also the front temperature I think went super, super, high. But I did my best and hopefully we can improve for tomorrow.
