Jorge Martin has returned to the podiums in the MotoGP World Championship. This sunday, the Prima Pramac rider was the best Ducati in third at the Catalunya GP – a position he achieved after overtaking Miguel Oliveira (CryptoDATA RNF MotoGP Team/Aprilia) on the tenth of 23 laps.
First of all, in the quick interview in parc ferme, the spaniard referred to Francesco Bagnaia’s incident: ‘First of all, I hope Pecco doesn’t have a serious injury and can come back soon’.
As for his race, Martin commented: ‘It was a very tough race. We already knew from yesterday that tyre management was crucial. So I got off to a good start, but I tried to be calm in the first few laps. I saw that Oliveira was attacking a lot: «Well, let’s hope, he’ll fall back». And that’s how it turned out. Hopefully next weekend we’ll be competitive too’.
