Miguel Oliveira faced a challenging season in MotoGP. His arrival to the CryptoDATA RNF MotoGP Team brought several hurdles beyond adapting to the team and Aprilia’s bike, including injuries and incidents for which he was not at fault.
Ultimately, he finished 16th in the championship and, for the first time since 2020, didn’t secure any podiums – his best result being fourth place in Great Britain.
Despite it all, Carlo Pernat gave a positive assessment of Oliveira, stating to GPOne.com: ‘I’m quite undecided about whether I should give him a passing grade. He had many incidents, but he’s a strong rider, so I’d give him a 6 due to the esteem I have for him’.
