The Hyundai has announced the launch in Europe of an electric model, the Inster, which is expected to have an affordable price, below €20,000.
The new model, which the company described as a 100% electric “evolution” of the Casper, which Hyundai exclusively markets in South Korea, will have an electric range of 355 kilometers.
The South Korean brand has already revealed the first images and announced that the name of the new model derives from ‘intimate’ and ‘innovative’ and that the Inster 100% electric will “establish new standards in terms of autonomy, technology, and safety features”.
The images revealed by Hyundai show that the new electric model will feature a compact SUV profile, equipped with LED daytime running lights, as well as pixelated turn signals and taillights.
The South Korean brand did not reveal details of the Inster’s interior, but announced that the new model destined for Europe will be presented at the end of June at the Busan International Mobility Show in South Korea.
