AIX Investment Group, a Dubai-based investment company, has successfully acquired the Formula 2 and 3 teams to establish AIX Racing. The acquisition of PHM AIX Racing marks a complete transfer of ownership and management for the team. This Dubai financial company used its “We Are The Future” initiative to finalize the acquisition. PHX, which competes in various championships such as F2, F3, Formula Regional Middle East, Central European Zone, Italian, European, and United Arab Emirates Formula 4, will now operate under the new name AIX Racing after being acquired by AIX Investment Group. The investment company had previously acquired Charouz Racing System, an F2 and F3 team, in 2022 and has managed the team at its factory located in the Czech Republic. Additionally, the company also sponsors drivers Charlie and Oscar Wurz, who are currently participating in F3 and F4 races. AIX Racing CEO Morne Reinecke stated that their vision goes beyond mere ownership and emphasizes their commitment to excellence, innovation, and success. They aim to provide their teams and drivers with high-quality resources to enable them to achieve unprecedented levels of performance and accomplishments.
