José Antonio Rueda was the fastest in the Moto3 World Championship tests that ended yesterday at Jerez. The Red Bull KTM Ajo rider had trailed behind David Alonso (CFMoto Aspar) in the first two days, but on the final day, he set the best time of all, clocking 1m43.276s to surpass the Colombian.
The Spanish rider, entering his second season in the category, expressed satisfaction with the work done, feeling confident with the solutions found:
– I am very happy with what we have worked on these last few days, both with the team and with the bike. There were many things to try out and I think we have come up with very good things for the circuits that form the first part of the season. We leave Jerez with a very good feeling and now we are looking forward to the season and the first race in Qatar.
