The Maserati presented the MC20 Notte, the first limited edition of its supercar, which according to the Modena house, features a design inspired by intense mystical power and darkness.
The Trident brand has already announced that the MC20 Notte will have a limited edition of only 50 units worldwide, and that the model developed through the Maserati Fuoriserie customization program features a matte black body paint with matte white gold details, such as the Trident emblem, side logos and the Maserati signature, reviving the glorious memories of the brand in motorsport.
The 20” rims have been redesigned for this special edition, and the black and matte white gold finish matches the design of this MC20 Notte.
The exterior aesthetic extends to the interior of the new Maserati model, where the six-position electrically adjustable seats are covered in black/gray Alcantara, which contrasts with the yellow stitching.
In addition, Maserati has embroidered its famous Trident on the headrests and the Alcantara-covered steering wheel features carbon fiber inserts. Also worth noting is the special numbered plate from 1 to 50, applied between the two headrests, which reveals the exclusivity of this limited edition MC20.
Where there are no differences compared to the “normal” Maserati supercar is in the engine, as the MC20 Notte uses the well-known 3.0-liter Nettuno V6 engine, which delivers a power of 621 hp and a maximum torque of 730 Nm, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and reach a top speed of over 325 km/h.
The power is transmitted to the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission with dual-clutch developed by Tremec, but customized at the software level.
“Italian elegance with a touch of mystery from the nocturnal world. It is the first limited edition of the MC20 Fuoriserie and is dedicated to supercar collectors and track enthusiasts”, emphasized Klaus Busse, Maserati’s head of design.
