The Mobi.E announced this Thursday, December 21, that it has established a contract with one of the largest producers and marketers of renewable energy in Colombia, VATIA, to help structure the development of new businesses around electric mobility.
In this way, Mobi.E begins the implementation of the internationalization strategy outlined earlier this year, which pointed to Europe and Latin America as the priority axes.
“The services contracted by the Colombian company include, in this first phase, specialized consulting and consultancy in electric mobility and the evaluation of business opportunities around interoperability and universality of charging networks for electric vehicles, with a second phase planned to support the implementation of the business plan that will be defined”, the company said in a statement.
“In recent months, we have intensified contacts with companies and government entities in Latin America and the Caribbean, with the purpose of establishing partnerships, a work that is now beginning to bear fruit”, emphasized Luís Barroso, president of Mobi.E
It should be noted that in Portugal, the public charging network for electric vehicles, managed by Mobi.E, currently has more than 7,500 charging points.
