Mutt Motorcycles is popular in many markets for its retro-inspired models for beginner riders. The brand is all about a relaxed, laid-back ride that embraces the spirit of motorcycling from a bygone era. Mutt Motorcycles is not driven by sheer performance or cutting-edge technology in particular, but by style and character, and this is evident in its latest model, the Sabbath 250.
The new Sabbath 250 from Mutt Motorcycles is the ideal step up from its 125 cc class, as it has the same robust, retro-inspired styling as the Sabbath 125, but with a little more power via an engine that’s almost twice the size. More specifically, the new Sabbath 125 has a 250 cc single-cylinder, four-stroke, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine with a power output of 17 hp and a torque of 18 Nm. The bike is made up of basic but robust components, consisting of a steel frame, standard telescopic forks with fork guards and a pair of shock absorbers with adjustable preload at the rear.
From a styling point of view, the Mutt Sabbath 250 follows in the footsteps of the 125 and features an all-black look. Mutt describes it as being “badder than badass” and, indeed, it does look like a custom bike fresh out of the showroom. The custom look is further accentuated by the narrow handlebars and handlebar grips with a black diamond pattern. In addition, the Sabbath 250 has a round halogen headlight with a matte black headlight grille and black aluminum LED turn indicators.
Moving on to the back of the bike, we find a seat custom-stitched in diamond-patterned vinyl, which gives the bike a retro-custom aesthetic. The all-black theme is complemented by a matte black crankcase guard, black engine cases and even a matte black stainless steel exhaust system. Despite its rugged looks, Mutt has taken care to ensure that the rider is kept clean, including a set of front and rear mudguards, of course, finished in matte black and secured by black mudguard brackets.
Mutt Motorcycles has dealers in Europe and Asia where you can get hold of the brand’s new model.
