MV Agusta was acquired earlier this year by the Pierer Mobility Group and is preparing for significant transformations in the coming months, having already expanded significantly in various aspects.
The medium-term goal is to achieve an annual production volume of over 10,000 premium motorcycles in Varese, and there is also a plan to diversify in terms of segments. Evidence of this was the launch of the Enduro Veloce in April, setting new standards in Adventure motorcycles.
On the other hand, by the end of the year, MV Agusta aims to have 230 official dealerships globally, including 30 service points with factory-trained technicians available to customers. So far, dealerships have opened in cities such as Valencia (Spain) and Los Angeles (USA), with new stores expected to open in the second half of the year.
In April, MV Agusta launched MV Academia, an extensive training program for dealers focusing on product knowledge, customer service, and technical skills. The aim is to provide unparalleled levels of service and support.
Availability of parts was a significant challenge for MV Agusta last year, but this has now been overcome following the system integration phase in Austria. In March, the company launched the «We Care» campaign, inviting all owners of post-2018 models to benefit from a complementary motorcycle check and a 20% discount on maintenance components.
Art is at the heart of the Italian manufacturer, which debuted at Art Basel Miami in 2023 and participated in the legendary Venice Biennale this year. Currently, the Superveloce Arsham, created in collaboration with artist Daniel Arsham, continues to be displayed in Venice at the Arsham 2024 exhibition. It was also showcased at FuoriConcorso in Como, while the Dragster was featured in the film Argyle.
From October 4 to 6, MV Agusta will be at the inaugural Milano Watch Week, an event it has partnered with. Additionally, the release of the book MV Agusta Motorcycle Art, The New Era has been announced. This is an essential work for MV Agusta enthusiasts, detailing the brand’s extensive history and legacy.
