Lightweight electric off-road motorcycles are among the most popular innovations in the sector, and we’re sure that we’ll soon see a series of innovations capable of exploiting the agility and ease typical of electric off-road motorcycles in compact, lightweight structures.
VMoto was among the first manufacturers to offer not one but two models. Also recently arrived on the Italian market, they are two versions of the same bike with different specifications. On the one hand, we have the On-R, more dedicated to road use, and on the other, the Off-R, more dedicated, as the names suggest, to off-road use.
For both we have the L1 version (with a top speed of 45 km/h) and the L3 (90 km/h for the On-R and 110 km/h for the Off-R). The weight is, in any case, 85 kg and the very compact dimensions make them suitable even for the smallest and youngest riders, maintaining ideal ground clearance and angles of 18° for the On-R and 30° for the Off-R.
The central motor has a power of 4 kW with 8 kW peak and the batteries are 2.3 kWh or 3.45 kWh with recharge times of two and a half or three and a half hours and a declared range of 68 or 104 km. The ground clearance is 840 mm and the wheels are 19″ and 18″ for the On-R and 19″ and 16″ for the Off-R.
