The MotoGP is getting closer and closer to have it’s fifth round of the season and now heading to Le Mans, were Pedro Acosta is looking at getting a better grid position for the races, having then to improve his qualification, he said. Still, he does believes he is in a better place now after the round in Jerez, and test.
‘We are arriving in France with a lot of things learnt from Jerez. After four rounds, we knew the areas where we had to improve on, and the test helped us a lot in that sense, so I think that we are heading to France in a much better position’ he started saying on a team statement.
Acosta then spoke about the track in France, one that he likes and that is the home GP for Red Bull GASGAS Tech3:‘ Le Mans is a circuit that I like, and it is also the home Grand Prix for the Tech3 team, so we will try to do our best, starting with improving our qualifying on Saturday, and trying to get a good grid position. I’m really looking forward to racing there, in front of a crowd that loves motorcycling to the max!’.
Acosta is currently fourth in the championship with 69 points added. Jorge Martín leads with 92.
