The successes in recent years have attracted attention to the services of riders and members within Ducati’s MotoGP team. Indeed, there have been departures of some key figures from the manufacturer in recent times, but Loris Capirossi plays down their impact.
The former rider told La Gazzetta dello Sport that there have been significant departures from Ducati but argued that manufacturers like Ducati have the ability to compensate for these losses:
– It must be said that some wise men, such as Max Bartolini – now the new technical director at Yamaha – have left the Borgo Panigale manufacturer. Max was an important part of the project and had been with Ducati for many years. However, large companies like Ducati are structured in a way that allows them to internally cover significant departures.
