The 2024 season will be the seventh for Takaaki Nakagami in MotoGP and LCR Honda. He didn’t get any podium in his career yet, but he has ambitious targets.
During the online team launch, the Japanese made it clear he wants to win a race for the first time, also aiming for podiums: ‘My target, especially for the 2024 season… I want to win a race, of course, the first victory. And then the podiums as well. I’m focusing on myself for this season to achieve my target, the first victory in MotoGP’.
Nakagami also said: ‘I’m super excited to start another season with Idemitsu and with LCR. From the winter season I’m preparing to be in a good physical conditions. I’m so excited for the first race in Qatar’.
