The first race for Trackhouse Racing in MotoGP is this weekend’s Qatar Grand Prix. Team manager Wilco Zeelenberg, who transitions from the former RNF team, is excited.
The Dutchman, who has vast experience in the premier class, ensured that Losail is a suitable track for Aprilia: ‘After a couple of months hard work, we can say we are ready for Qatar, round one! Obviously, going to Losail is always a great moment, starting racing under the floodlights and this special situation with racing at night. The facilities are completely new, the racetrack is quite suitable for our bike and after a good test around two weeks ago, we are really looking forward to get to the desert and start the 2024 season’.
Trackhouse Racing’s riders are Miguel Oliveira – with the 2024 RS-GP – and Raúl Fernández – who begins the season with last year’s bike version.
