The AMA Pro Motocross 250 stage had Tom Vialle and Haideen Deegan as the big stars, with both winning one moto each, and being equally beaten by each other in both.
In the first moto, Tom Vialle managed to be the strongest at the start but Deegan was fighting and almost side by side with the Frenchman, who would however end up winning that initial battle. Behind him were Ryder DiFrancesco, Jordan Smith, Jo Shimoda, Ty Masterpool, Chance Hymas, among others.
The leading pair immediately began to pull away, but Deegan made a small mistake and crashed, handing second place to DiFrancesco. However, Deegan quickly regained position, overtaking DiFrancesco and from then on began to aim for first place, gradually intensifying the attack towards the end.
However, Vialle would secure victory in the end, ahead of Deegan and Jo Shimoda rounding out the top three.
In the second moto Vialle again hit the holeshot under the eyes of Deegan and DiFrancesco, and as happened before, the leading pair began to pull away.
If the film from the first moto seemed to repeat itself, Deegan ensured that this would not happen, by applying stronger pressure this time, and he would actually end up overtaking his opponent and accelerating since then, achieving victory with a large advantage of 14s.
DiFrancesco, however, had no arguments to defend third place and was beaten by Shimoda, Levi Kitchen and Pierce Brown.
In the end, both Deegan and Vialle won 47 points, 7 more than Shimoda who was third.
