MotoGP riders are constantly under the scrutiny of television cameras and public attention throughout a Grand Prix, but there is also a lot of unseen work.
Behind the scenes, there’s extensive preparation during a race weekend, both physically and mentally, as well as all the work with the team off the track.
During the Dutch GP last June, Johann Zarco (LCR Honda) was followed during these behind-the-scenes moments, explaining what the less visible life of a MotoGP rider is like.
