The warm-up session for the Malaysian MotoGP Grand Prix wasn’t particularly positive for Jorge Martín, who finished in 16th place and couldn’t complete a lap. However, it could have been worse.
The Prima Pramac Spaniard was just a few meters ahead of Luca Marini (Mooney VR46 Racing Team/Ducati) when he was surprised by his opponent’s approach in a turn, forcing him to brake and change his trajectory to avoid a collision.
There were no major consequences beyond the scare, but Martín was visibly displeased with Marini’s maneuver. You can watch the moment in the video below.
