Lando Norris established the fastest lap of the São Paulo Grand Prix of Formula 1, held last weekend at the José Carlos Pace Circuit in Interlagos.
The McLaren driver finished in second place, just behind Max Verstappen (Red Bull), earning the extra point for the fastest lap. He achieved it by completing the 61st lap in 1m12.486s, with soft tires on his McLaren.
This is Norris’ first DHL Fastest Lap Award of the season, and the ninth overall. The final trophy is already mathematically guaranteed for Max Verstappen (Red Bull).
