The VW renovation is underway and the German brand has already announced that the presentation of the evolution of the eighth generation will take place on January 24th.
In the countdown to the presentation of the new Golf (the ninth generation will be 100% electric and is only expected in 2028), VW recently revealed a first glimpse of the revamped model, making it clear the general lines of the revised and updated version of the iconic Wolfsburg brand model.
In addition, VW’s design chief, Andreas Mindt, took to social media to show more sketches of the model that show a redesigned bumper, slim headlights, and a more aerodynamic appearance.
What is already known is that the revamped Golf will have a length of 4.284 meters, a width of 1.789 meters, and a height of 1.456 meters, and has a wheelbase of 2.636 meters. In other words, slightly longer and shorter, and with a slightly longer wheelbase, compared to its predecessor.
However, we will have to wait until next week to get to know the revamped VW Golf in detail.
