This year marks a new era for Aspar in the Moto2 and Moto3 World Championships, as we are now partnered with CFMoto – a brand associated with the Pierer Mobility group, much like GasGas, which collaborated with the team until last year. And the ambitions are high.
The owner, Jorge Martínez Aspar, made it clear, as quoted by Mundo Deportivo, by aiming for titles in both categories: ‘In 2024, we want to fight for the title in Moto3 and Moto2, and doing so with CFMoto will be an added incentive. We are very pleased to have their support and will strive to make them proud and to offer them many victories this season’.
The Moto3 World Champion in 2022, Izan Guevara, and last year’s fourth-placed rider in the Moto2 World Championship, Jake Dixon, will be Aspar’s riders in Moto2. As for Moto3, the team will compete with the promising David Alonso and rookie Joel Esteban.
